[Rimuru Tempest] VRChat Avatar (slime ver) Updated to SDK 3.0

Rimuru Tempest , slime boi version from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime!

We thought it would be cool to have him in VRChat all wobbly and cute, so we ported him over to VRChat.
